Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000 + Commission + Bonuses (Target Income is 60,000+)

Responsibilities:

Provide a remarkable 5 Star service experience for customers
Identify and correct issues in billing and client accounts
Assist customers with claims management
Book appointments for insurance and financial reviews
Connect with clients to improve their experience with technology

Requirements:

General Level 1 License (must be able to obtain - study material provided by us)
Previous customer service / sales experience an asset
Must be confident in connecting with clients about their accounts and cross-selling
Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A commitment to customer service excellence
Speaking other languages an asset

Compensation: $42,500.00 - $90,000.00 per year
